ACCIDENTAL DEATH & DISMEMBERMENT
You and any eligible family members are covered 24 hours a day, 365 days a year against covered accidents occurring in the course of business or pleasure. Coverage is provided for injuries caused by accidents that occur on or off the job, at home, while traveling by plane, train, automobile, or any other public or private air, land or water conveyance (except as limited by the EXCLUSIONS).

ATM Sentry
With ATMSentry, you are protected while using an ATM. This program provides benefits including replacement of cash stolen and daily hospital cash benefits if the loss is a result of a felonious assault while the consumer is conducting an ATM transaction. Felonious Assault means a violent or criminal act directed at the Member during the course of a robbery, hold-up, or kidnapping while the Member is at the location of an ATM within 10 minutes of activation or away from the ATM within 10 minutes of the activation.  Other exclusions may apply  

• Includes replacement of cash stolen and daily hospital cash benefits if the loss is a result of a felonious assault while the consumer is conducting an ATM transaction
• If you are robbed within 10 minutes after the withdrawal of funds from any ATM in the United States and the stolen funds are not recovered within 48 hours of the robbery, the Company will pay the robbery benefit. The robbery benefit is the lesser of the cash stolen or $500.00
• If, within 10 minutes (before or after) of activating a Registered Card at an ATM, you are Injured as a result of a Felonious Assault, and the Injury results in death within 90 days of the Injury, the Company will pay the Accidental Death Maximum Amount up to ($50,000)
